Gillian Hilton has worked as a draftsperson since 2004 under the Grid Imaging name. She has worked across Melbourne and Geelong for the real-estate and advertising industry. After completing a Bachelor of Psychology and Masters in Art Therapy, she worked for 12 years in the Housing & Mental Health sector more broadly, working for Hanover Housing and Support Service, Department of Justice and Anglicare Victoria with client groups at risk of homeless after existing prison and Psychiatric care respectively. In 2019 she returned to the private housing sector, again as a draftsperson for a small construction and drafting company that specialises in small foot-print design, sustainability and passive design. Gillian has an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural).
